Service Description
Each session is 45 minutes and designed for mixed abilities, so whether you're just starting out or already training regularly, you'll feel challenged, supported and welcomed. JG Fitness currently offers two weekly classes: - HIIT (Fridays at 6:00 PM) Burn calories, boost endurance, and push your limits with fast-paced, high-intensity intervals. - Strength (Saturdays at 9:30 AM) Focus on form, control, and building overall strength through structured, full-body training. JG Fitness classes are designed to create a supportive, motivating atmosphere for all participants. You'll leave feeling stronger, more energised, and ready for more.
